We help nonprofit/government programs measure their effectiveness by evaluating the overall impact of their programs and services on the individuals and communities served.

Many nonprofit organizations and government agencies supply goods and services to individuals, families, schools, businesses and other organizations to advance the quality of life, and the economic growth and development of their communities.  Their programs are usually funded by state and federal grants, private and public donors, taxpayers, and fundraising events.  In the end, contributors want to know that their money is being put to good use and that they are getting a good return on their investment (ROI).  Demonstrating accountability and having transparency are not only a requirement for some donors, but is also key to building trust with stakeholders.  Nonprofit and government programs need to have a monitoring and evaluation process to answer these pivotal questions concerning the effectiveness of their program(s):

  • How is the program implemented? To what extent is the program being implemented according to the standards, policies, or procedures of the governing authority?

  •  To what extent did the program support or advance the mission, vision, and values of the organization?

  •  How were the desired outcomes or objectives of the program met? What are the key indicators of success?

  •  What are the benefits (i.e., cost per outcome, social ROI) of the program on individuals and their communities? Who benefited the most?
  •  What are the opportunities for improvement? What can be done differently?

Precise Data Consulting provides monitoring and evaluation services to nonprofit and government organizations in the following capacities:

  •  Perform research studies and data analyses to explore the relationships between factors affecting the improved quality of life and economic growth and development of communities and services.

  •  Work with key decision-makers on establishing measures of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business/program standards.

  •  Develop and administer methods of qualitative data collection – i.e., surveys, focus groups, interviews, observations, etc. – to gauge stakeholders’ perspective of programs and initiatives.

  •  Professional consultations in partnership with firm(s) conducting feasibility studies and/or market analysis to boards and committees to determine whether program(s) should be implemented.
